Booking/Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a charge equal to the full appointment fee being applied to your account.

What Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal health information about you; examples include your name, date of birth, address, health history, records of your visits for massage therapy, details of the treatments that you received during your visits, and copies of any medical reports you have provided us with.

How We Use This Information
The main reasons we collect personal information from you are:
- To treat you safely
- To confirm your bookings
- To invoice you for treatment
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with any third parties unless we are given your express written consent (for example, when sharing information between your health care practitioners).

Protection of Your Personal Information
Personal information stored in a paper or electronic format is secured in a locked or restricted area at all times. Additionally, all computers are password protected.

Accessing Your Personal Information
Files are kept for at least 10 years following the client's last visit, or if the client was less than 18 years old at the time of their last visit the files are kept until the client turns 28 years old. You have the right to access your client file and to obtain copies at cost.
