General Massage Questions
Can anyone receive massage therapy?
Massage therapy is appropriate for most individuals. Your Massage Therapist is trained to treat clients of all ages and with various conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether or not you can receive massage therapy.

How do I know that my Massage Therapist is registered?
Visit the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario website to search for a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing.

What can I expect during my first visit?
Please arrive 15min early to fill out a confidential health history form. Alternatively, you can download the health history form and fill it out prior to your appointment. Your Massage Therapist will assess your individual needs, listen to any concerns you have, and then develop a treatment plan to best suit you.

What clothing will I be required to remove?
Your comfort is of the utmost importance during your massage. You are not required to remove any articles of clothing; you can undress to whatever level you are comfortable with. Some clients choose to leave all of their clothes on, others undress completely, and others fall somewhere in the middle. Additionally, you will be appropriately draped and covered at all times. Your Massage Therapist will only uncover the area of your body that they are working on.

Booking Questions
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online by clicking the "Book Appointment Online" button at the bottom of the page, by emailing, or by calling 519-725-4242.

How exactly does booking online work?
Once you click on the "Book Appointment Online" button, a window will open with our services. Click on the service you would like and our calendar with available appointments will load. Click on your desired date and time and then the window will load a page for you to enter your information. The required information includes your name, email, and phone number. This information is confidential and only required to confirm your booking. Once you have entered your information click "continue" and confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can email or call 519-725-4242 to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you booked online, you can open up your confirmation email and cancel or reschedule on your own. On the right you will see links that say "need to cancel?" and "need to reschedule?". Simply click on the required link and follow the instructions.

Payment/Coverage Questions
Is massage covered by OHIP?
No, massage therapy is not covered by OHIP even if it has been prescribed by your physician.

Is massage covered by my insurance?
Most extended health benefit plans cover massage therapy when delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist. Some plans will require a note from your doctor. Contact your employer or insurance provider for more details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by cash, personal cheque, debit, Visa, or MasterCard. We do not provide direct billing for extended health insurance, therefore it is your responsibility to pay the fees directly to the provider and seek reimbursement for your claim using the provided receipt.
